"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

My fave women in binders is Hugh Hefner standing in a library saying "Women in binders? I have thousands of those."

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

OK, one of my petfinder links has now resulted in someone contacting the rescue agency. You people need to get acting also. I am now looking at Poms, this may not end well.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

I just got my crazy long hair trimmed, and now I have pieces of hair in my sweater. SO ANNOYING.

Also, I didn't realize OPI had a James Bond-themed collection, but Skyfall red is a gorgeous red.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

See, this is the sort of family strife fandom leads to: [link]

Stop, before it's too late.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

My sister just called me to holler indignantly about Romney's magickal deductions/tax cuts/bullshit. So, we aren't the only ones who noticed.

To share my pain, I have, as of this morning's status report, 203 articles active in my queue at work, with deadlines ranging between Friday and the end of November. More articles are of course steadily coming in.

Earlier this year we were informed that our production cycle would be cut from 6 weeks to 4 weeks, beginning end of November. All year we've been asking for concrete specifics on how they expected us to accomplish this. Today, management asked us to detail how we plan to accomplish it. WTF.

Back to work.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Wait, you work for Mitt Romney? t /rimshot

Tell them you will still edit, but will no longer proofread? If it passes MS word spellcheck, it is all good. I strongly suspect the Washington Post of using this work process.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I have at least worked out how I will renew my registration having left my docs in JA (don't ask) where they've surely been tossed. The CA DMV has a service where they'll call you back. It saves a crick neck and sitting in one place--I was on the phone when they called back the first time, and the robot tried again a couple minutes later.

My dash is creeping me out right now. I swear one person said lustful things about a wolf, and another just posted a (real) picture of CPR because it looks like boykissing (it's not like they have a history of posting life-saving methods, even aerial ones as nifty as this).

I SUSPECT EVERYONE.

Use the gawker method: crowdsource. And then ignore the crowd.
