It's not a quote so much as the distillation of a paragraph about how gun violence is related to kids not being raised in families with moms and dads--married moms and dads--and people shouldn't have kids if they're not--and I was being horrified and didn't quite hear the rest, but there was something about not having kids if they're not prepared for them or something like that.
