Literally all I know about dahlias is that they are poisonous. I would never have recognized those.
Fuck, ita, that sucks. It's not your fault it still hurts despite everything you've tried. Arggh.
Grace with the the vocalizing is fantastic!
If anyone is wondering, having a wonderful meal followed by an amazing absinthe service and then a luxurious hot bath is pretty much as wonderful as you'd think. Ahhhh. Sometimes it is really good to be me. And to be friends with Lee.
Suzi, I sent you a invite via text. Umm, I hope the phone doesn't buzz and wake you up!
I know each component of that sentence is false, but knowledge is really useless sometimes.
Yes. But keep knowing it, please.
YAY Grace! Amazing.
I just saw that they are hiring at an organizing called the Harry Potter Alliance. Um, OK.
Yay, Grace!
Mine have been longer and worse since I went off the pill.
Longer and worse than before you were on the pill or than when you were on the pill? Because, oh, I miss the easy days of strictly regulated hormonal contraception.
Longer and worse than when I was on the pill. I think they're about the same as they were before I went on the pill, but that was so long ago I had forgotten how awful they used to be and all the added stomach upset that went along with them.
Thanks for the flower name, guys!
What I know about dahlias is that they're tender perennials and featured in one of my favorite quotes:
My advice to the women of America is to raise more hell and fewer dahlias. - William Allen White
That's wonderful about Grace, but she has always struck me, at this distance, as a very determined child.
The caption on those cookies cracked me up:
They humorously look like little green-faced Wicked Witch of the Wests that have been doused with buckets of water.
There are similar cookies made to look like melting snowmen with large marshmallows as heads.
