But I understand. You gave up everything you had to find me. And you found me broken. It's hard for you.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Mine are as well. Shorter, but worse. Like my uterus wants to pack all of the pain and gore into less time. Really, I'd prefer the other option. Where I am uncomfortable for four or five days instead of completely incapacitated for two or three.

Mine have been longer and worse since I went off the pill.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

It didn't go political, or particularly judgemental, just odd.

And it said Tommy.

Heh.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I am listening to Ken Burn's "The West"- I was picturing Wes Cowan (from History Detectives) as the narrator, but it is Peter Coyote! This is sort of like realizing I was picturing Terry Gross as looking like Mary mcDonnell as Laura Roslin.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

ita,

I think you should have the screening (your first) within the next 12 months.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

What herbal supplements should I be taking since I am getting increasingly forgetful? I forgot the word for ruler today ("you know, the things to measure with") and the word for fire department ("they perform a public service. you know, they have red trucks.)"

I have had my flu shot and my annual TB test. My ARM hurts.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I think you should have the screening (your first) within the next 12 months

"Luckily" when I asked the nurse to get the answer from the doc, he misinterpreted and thought I said "when can I have it?" and his answer was "we'll check if it's covered by your insurance".

Problem is, I now have Troy in my brain saying "Do they do butt stuff?"

I got flu shot today too! We are prophylactic twins, Kat.

I'm assuming TB is because you teach--are you vaccinated against it, or does that wear off, or is it not considered enough?

brillig

This is a mind-boggling chart about how the state have voted for presidents since 1954. Utah went for Johnson in 1964! A Democrat! I guess I didn't fully appreciate how much people disliked Goldwater.
