ION, I can no longer stand in long lines without pain: just got back from my free flu shot. Almost an hour in the line my back and my feet tell me that they would rather have the flu.
This why all I wear anymore is these: [link] They are wicked pricey, but they last forever. AND NO MORE FOOT OR BACKACHES!!!
Anyone have magic solutions to make me stop clenching my jaw in the night?
Apparently the only answer is crazy muscle relaxants. Which I have not pursued myself, but do wonder about.
So did you guys see the story about the bearded Sikh woman that a redditor snuck a photo of and then proceeded to post on reddit and a bunch of people mocked her? And then she was pointed to it, and she gave a lovely "the outside doesn't matter, I'm working on my insides" speech, which prompted the redditor in question to say he'd been a shithead, and reddit isn't about that, and he apologises to her and to reddit for being crappy on it and to Sikhs in general.
It's all kind of amazing...

Yeah, that was an awesome story.
It was great. I was really interested to see a woman wearing the turban, too -- that's not common, I don't think.
Sexy Halloween costumes have gone too far.

Safe for work, but remember: What is seen cannot be unseen.
Yeah, that story definitely shocked and surprised me in a good way, ita!!
Jesse, I have a lot of flexeril from my migraine doc (who at one point gave me a scrip for 30 of them every month....after I filled it a couple times I just stopped because I had so many!). But taking them at night makes me groggy in the morning (and only is vaguely helpful with the clenching)...but taking the other muscle relaxant I have doesn't seem to help at all. Boo, self. I was hoping acupuncture would help, but while it felt lovely to nap with needles in me (no really! very relaxing!) I don't know that it did much otherwise.
I have had my first Graeter's pumpkin ice cream of the year. God, I always forget how good it is.

Oh, boo. So I have no idea what the answer is.
Can I make a plea? If you don't have a good reason, please have some identifying information on your voicemail OGM...please? Like, the stock voicemail person reciting your phone number isn't identifying--it leaves me wondering if I wrote your number down right, and I rarely end up leaving a message. If it's only your name, that's cool--doesn't have to be a long or witty message, but if you're not in witness protection, it would be comforting to know who I'm actually leaving a message for.
meara, what's the other muscle relaxant?
