I had to leave Nora at the Caltrain station this morning so she could go have fun in SF with people and then come to work, which is just sad on a whole bunch of levels, at least for me.
I had a great weekend though!

Me, I have today off, so I went for a long run in the hills (during which I didn't walk or stop at all, so go me), and now I'm going to get my oil changed and buy groceries and linens. I love extra-long weekends: I ran 4 times in the last five days!
Today's run was sufficiently long that I lost .8lbs during it, according to my (not very accurate) scale.
AND I have brownies!
