I have a lot of avocados, so I decided the universe wanted me to make tacos.
That house is beautiful but it's weird to have 5 bedrooms and 1 bath!
You could turn one into an extra bath!
I have 3 bedrooms (technically, but we are using one as the living room, which it was originally, before the downstairs bedroom was split in half and became half closet/half office), and just the one bath. Mind, we've only got the three people.
I have achieved high altitude cookie goodness. Finally found a recipe that produces just the fluffiness and texture I wanted. Next time I need to double the chips ( this batch was butterscotch and cinnamon chips). And I used K-Bug's Kitchen Aide all by myself (and without permission).
CJ is doing another fire ride-along tomorrow, so we made cookies for the crew.
I remember being so amused by high altitude instructions when I lived in Pennsylvania (elevation under 1000 feet). Then I moved to Utah and realized that everyone within a hundred miles of me should be using those instructions. It was odd.
I haven't had an issue with most things I bake, my ginger cookies come out fine without any adjustment. But chocolate chip cookies have been the rough one, so I'm happy I found one that works.
I have already bagged up most of them for CJ to take in the morning. There is a very small bag for us.
I just watched the fall finale of Dr Who.
That was kind of perfect, wasn't it?

They kind of messed with the canon, like the Angels not being able to look at each other.
I graded today, pretty much all day, off and on. But at least I stopped grading after dinner.
