It's my estimation that... every man ever got a statue made of him, was one kind of sumbitch or another.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

GA: y'all are totally right about the hair. I wouldn't have minded this episode if it had been bringing us up to date and moving forward from there, but getting "the whole story" next week looks like a drag. And yet, I will watch, in the perhaps futile hope that it will get good again.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

-t, I agree. I expected them to do flashbacks over several episodes to show us what happened after the crash, but doing it this way is just silly. Yet, I'm still watching too.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I can't decide if I'm going to stick with it or not. Who am I kidding, I probably will.

ION, I finally went into the store whose windows are full of dresses that I love, but which a coworker said was expensive. But I'm willing to spend some money on a good dress. Yeah, the ones with prices were $595. I shudder to think about the others!

I've decided it's too hot to do anything but watch TV, so on to Scandal!

The one's with prices? Yeah, those places scare me. I do often like to look at their windows, though.

I just watched Greys last night, and Scandal today. I'm not sure how I feel about Scandal--I guess last season she was the white hat and this year maybe nsm?

For Greys, I agree with y'all about the hair, and will watch next week, but I didn't really like this episode. If only because it was really unclear for most of it what the heck was going on. I kept expecting it to turn out to all be a dream or something. Also, if someone had to die, how about Derek instead of Mark?? And Arizona need to chill--she can't rollerskate around, but she's alive an doesn't need her leg to perform surgery....

Yeah, I was afraid those were sale prices, but left instead of asking, because really it didn't matter.

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

Uh. So far I've put chicken in the crock pot so I can make soup later, picked up my vegetable and fruit share, gone to the pharmacy, and made an omelette for lunch.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Jesse Pinkman and Walter White?

Well, I'm assuming that's what their parents think they're dressed as, but what can those names mean to them?

JZ, thanks for the zulily hookup. I managed to score some nicely priced dresses with fun prints before my spending lockdown. I've been enjoying one of the sleeveless maxi dresses in a bright blue/green zigzag today.

Well, that was while I needed outside clothes.

If you have to ask you can't afford it, I assume.

I was figuring on more deaths and maybe a bit of a reboot on Grey's, there are just a lot of characters to follow, and now a whole crop of interns, but, hey, Smash Williams, so that's good.
