My boss certainly didn't. The hiring manager might not have understood that they couldn't reach me if they went that route. And the folks in HR are completely incompetent, so who knows what they thought?
Now that it's been posted, I don't think they can pull it back and repost right away. Maybe they can, I don't know.
I feel like walking out and just, I don't know. Going away for a week. But that would be juvenile, so I will stay and do my work, and silently scream FUCK YOU at my employers.
