Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Second 12 hour day this week DONE. Deliverables that have been causing the mass overtime this month are passed along. Just need them reviewed and any final adjustments and that is DONE DONE DONE DONE.

I may just crawl in bed now. I am so freaking tired. I have my annual physical tomorrow. Yippy skippy.

Sorry to drop in just to exploit your knowledge, but: paging Teppy, or other knowledgeable folk...

A friend just had massive dental work in Mexico because long story. He's got pain pills which are apparently helping. They're 10 mg Toradol, 25 mg Tramadol HCL. (Assuming we are translating the Spanish correctly: ketorolaco trometamina and chlohidrato de tramadol).

The label says 1 pill every 12 hours. I'm pretty sure he took 2 initially but he's a big guy -- tall & stocky.

If there's anything I should pass on, I'd be most grateful. He was starting to google side effects & warnings, which I have told him to stop doing. But he has a 12 day Rx and already saw a warning shouldn't take it for more than a couple days. So if you have any info I'd be very grateful. Thank you thank you!

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Man, I want a Coke. I really, really want a Coke. I have successfully eaten today: a piece of toast with butter, an apple, and a fake chicken burger. I feel like I could handle a Coke. And yet, I don't want to regret it.

Well, my family used to drink Coke to help deal with upset stomachs, Dana, so it's probably okay. Maybe if you let it go a little flat?

Kat - much recovery ~ma.

Conseuela, viving for you to get the job. Sorry, you had told us about it, but the context slipped my mind. You know how some people have a mind like a steel trap? Mine is more like a greased slide.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Reason #257 that I love Kat: the night before she goes in for surgery, she has a glass of sangria.

Kat, I assume it's out patient? But still, oy! I hope it's an easy surgery and a quick recovery.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

So Yay for job posting Consuela!

My cat is being a yowler monkey.

I don't comment on Jezebel, but I commenter there indicated that a successful blogger was her middle school friend, and prank called unpopular classmates saying that she was calling from a modeling agency and had seen their photographs, and wanted them to be models. I want to guess who it is, and I think Pioneer Woman!

ETA: Yikes on the Kidney Stone going backwards! How does that happen?!?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I can't believe I have a developer who's pissed off because I asked him "Okay, that error--how often are we experiencing it?"

He has error logs, and he's saying that a) the error shouldn't be counted against the application, because there's a reason for it, and b) it's occurring often.

But he'd have to count how many times it appears in the logs.

Well, yeah? Fucking count, then. Why are you treating Notepad++, which is pretty much the least tricked out Notepad replacement I've ever used like it's a coke bottle that fell from the sky?

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I will probably wait on the coke a bit, but I'm starting to feel ravenous and dream about different kinds of food. That's usually a good sign.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

After only miso soup today, I went for it and got chicken strips. I think half my stomach weirdness at this point was just lack of food, also I needed protein, I could tell. So probably not the best thing to get fried stuff, but no one sells grilled chicken strips in a drive thru.
