Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Oh, thank God. The nerve block is scheduled for Thursday. Which means I have to cancel my migraine appointment, but whatever. I had a pretty nuclear panic attack and meltdown in front of them. Apparently my shoulder pain effects are visible, I'm so tight and scrunched up. I'm in line for an xray now, and then to fill out a prescription for 2mg of dilaudid every 3 hours. Please let that make things tenable. I'm losing my mind. He's like "there was no inciting incident?" Nope. I was just walking across the room, and ping!

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Oh man, ita. I really hope this works for you. Wonder if the shoulder thing is what your boss was noticing. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this crap.
