no one here takes 40mg strattera do they?
that sucks, Kat.
ita, we will just have to all chip in and get you a manservant.
I was going to suggest a rolling briefcase, but manservant is better.
Kat, that's infuriating. Will the generic not be covered by your insurance?
I heart Clinton. Arithmetic (bitches)!
Ashley Judd representing Tennessee. She's a good speaker too.
I'm hanging in util Vermont.
Heh, the Washinton Post called Clinton "the hoarse whisperer to the middle class."
Comparing and contrasting the audiences between the two conventions, I was struck by the fact that folks of color do in fact exist.
It's so shameful. I don't get how it is that a presidential candidate can look out into a sea of nothing but white faces and not think, "something is wrong with this."
But white is the color of real Amurricans. People of other colors may be real Amurricans but it is up to them to prove it. So I'll bet Willard Mitt Romney looked out and did not see a sea of White faces. He saw a sea of real Amurricans. (The mispelling is deliberate.)
Whatever is different about them is what I'm good at--pictures? Pros and cons? Agendas/tables of content? Summaries? I have no fucking clue. But I'm about to ditch email bodies and communicate solely in Powerpoint from now on. It's pissing me off that I'm failing in emails, though.
Words can make me feel like I am being told what I am doing wrong or not understanding. Graphic things can make me feel like I am solving something or understanding it. Not usually. I am generally pro-words but when I am feeling unsure or insecure or something, a picture can be clearer. Or make me feel less like I should be reflexively defensive.
Reading recaps just prompted me to go at least queue up Clinton's speech. I got home late because I realized I could see Avengers one last time in the theatre. I regret nothing.
Well I regret trying to type just now without my protective cage around my middle finger. But that's not Clint Barton's arms' fault. Those are nothing but awesome.
I watched Bill Clinton's speech on YouTube this morning. He went long, but honestly, I could listen to him speak for hours. Maybe not while sitting in a convention hall, though. Speaking of, I volunteered for the Dems a bit thiis year, so they sent me emails asking if I'd like a chance to attend the convention in Charlotte. My knee jerk introvert response: why would you punish me like that? Being stuck in a noisy, bright room with thousands of strangers (albeit strangers who share some of my politics) is pretty close to my idea of hell. Still, those who were there seemed to be having fun.
