Now tagless for your comfort.

I met Jerry Seltzer when I was at Rollercon. I could talk to that dude all day about roller derby. He lives in San Francisco.

DH and I are having a con-fab tomorrow over possible options. He's working on his resume, calling recruiters and we're going to see how quickly we need to make this happen.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Ooh, hey, you could buy flea's old house! Solving the owning-two-houses problem, plus giving her a Buffista to stay and visit with if she's overcome with missing the house and Athens.

Although still, selfishly, SF SF SF!

Yeah, I don't know about the actuarial employment options in Athens. Also the house is not for everyone (it is 100 years old, which is a dealbreaker for some people). Although it does come with AWESOME neighbors.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My sister just told my father that Megan's gay. Apparently he was stunned. She pointed out that you can't spit at my mother's family without hitting a homosexual, and he was all "really??"

HOW MUCH DO YOU HAVE TO NOT BE PAYING ATTENTION???

He asked who else, but she got self-conscious about outing people, so just named one of my mother's sisters (my sister and I had known for 20 years, but she just came out to Mummy a year or so ago, to her astonishment), and he was "Hey, I knew that one!". Sis pointed out that the woman she always travels with and sleeps in the same bed with is her long time (8 yrs?) SO, and he was all "Ohhh.....I thought they were co-workers...."

She also told him about Megan's sister, but not about anyone else. So now he's worried he'll say the wrong thing by mistake.

She pointed out he has had 1 job--diplomat, and when was the last time he said something he didn't mean to say?

My family, I swear. They're all "I can't handle the gay..."

You handle the gay every day--you just don't know it, because Sis didn't run down the full list.
