I spent most of 2011 begging for work and picking up a lot of ad hoc research projects and such. But my workload from month to month, shoot - week to week, was never set.
So far this year, I have had my name tossed around by a bunch of high level folks and I have more work than I can handle right now. Ok, I can handle it, but the set-up process for some of these projects is pretty significant, while the monthly work will be more manageable. I hate saying no to new work, but for now, I've got what looks to be a good, steady, challenging workload.
My end of year review better take all this stuff into account. Geesh.
Yay Allyson! If the job turns out to be a good fit, I hope you get it.
I got the three things I promised to get out the door today out the door at about 5:15. Close enough? Now I'm going to do stupid freelance work. I SWEAR I AM.
Dubbing Kim Jong-Un "Joffrey" is asking for trouble, right?

I sympathize so much, Suzi.
I am working on eight different machines right now, ahahaha.

It's inappropriate and reductive, anyway.
Wow, Owen writes more clearly than my cousin who had me read one of his High School English projects a couple years ago.
Owen could give my boys lessons. It is good to hear his teachers are so supportive.
Thanks for the foot~ma. Apparently it went well. They used a general so I don't remember any species, but each caretaker at the hospital rocked. My 3 boys are pampering me.
Somehow details autocorrected to species. I'll leave it.
Owen's writing is great, Cash. What amazing kids you have there.

I'm with Liese on that one.
WTF, dude. HBD to him! How'd it go?
