I messed up and bent a nail back really badly today lifting a heavy box. Ripped it from the nail bed. It would have been easier if it had just torn or broken. Much pain but I have iced and elevate it and finally found a shield-like splint for it to protect it from everything. Awesome silver lining? Middle finger. It is my homage to Rahm.
