That looks just like a typical TENS unit, only permanently implanted.

Speaking of TENS, my friend got one (I guess) at the mall, and I tried it, and holy crap, that was great. Now I want one.
Last time I got such a shiny brochure with so many hard sell patient endorsements, my insurance didn't cover what they were pimping. It made me suspicious.
