hasn't this happened to you before? What's up with your bank? Are they issuing bad numbers? the university here had to pull all the pcards because they issued them in number order and, as you can imagine, it was pretty easy to use the credit card numbers for nefarious purposes.

Nope, hasn't happened to me before.
What happened before is that I went to a con and used my CC w/o letting my bank know and they thought something hinky was going on and stopped the cc.
