A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Love that article, le nub!

And I am giving up on Pottermore for the day -- ot at least a while. I don't know if it's my laptop or me, but I can't seem to get over 23 on a spell and I can't lift my jar of Flobberworm whatever-it-is. Seriously, there's a bug; I can lift my bottle of Lethe just fine.

My friend just rescheduled Hunger Games, so maybe I'll make Dan show me how to play the new Resident Evil game, for some straighforward brutal hacking and shooting.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

check out this cat fucking with a bear.

I love how the cat's tail isn't even fluffed. He's just like, "Bear? You're not even supposed to be here today, bear. Get outta here. I have back fur to wash and you're bothering me."

When I had tapas in Barcelona one of the plates had artichokes. Deep fried, but they were vegetables. Still, veg wasn't really a focus on the menu.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Erin, I had that problem, too. You have to hit the next letter when the spell gets to it to get it to continue.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

K-Bug and I went to an Arts and Crafts fair that turned out disappointing. I did find some awesome fig balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Then we went to a western wear store and she bought a pair of great boots.

I'd love to find myself some cowboy boots but it is tough with thick calves.

I'm PatronusCharm10043 on Pottermore. Not that I've logged on since I went through sorting (Slytherin, whoo!), because NewJob ate my brain.

We went to a different neighborhood's farmers' market today, and found another gluten free bakery stand which has AMAZING bread. I just had a slice of it with jam and damn near wept, it was so good. And the nice soup people had a booth and were offering GF gumbo! Yes please, gimme, that will be my lunch this week.

Were you in my neighborhood, Jilli? Because there are both of those things--when I was trying gluten-free last summer, I ate quite a bit of that stand's delicious delicious bread. Never tried their pasta though.

Yes, I was in your neighborhood! We were having brunch with our friends in the metal band. Grimm's has really good brunch food.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

You know, we need a word for when you know there's something in your paste buffer but you forget what. Can we get erinaceous on this?

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

The question for the evening is green curry, red curry, or kung pao?

Because books.

something in your paste buffer

I keep trying to figure this out, but I'm getting nowhere.
