You're wrong about River. River's not on the ship. They didn't want her here, but she couldn't make herself leave. So she melted... Melted away. They didn't know she could do that, but she did.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I think I may also need that black dress ita linked to.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

LEE STEP OFF MY DRESS. IT'S MINE, DAMMIT, MINE.

I'm slamming through this website looking for cool ties (no more non-geeky ties for me....not as much of a budgetary tactic as originally hoped) and cutie pie cufflinks.

And here I am, finding presents for some of the Buffistas, including Lee, despite her doing me so.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I just had to return this dress [link] because the fit just wasn't right. I need smaller shoulders or bigger boobs or something. Or custom made clothing.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Umm. I sort of bought a laminator.

And made all-access laminates.

For a concert in a tiny venue with one of the musicians being my husband where honestly, no one is going to rush the stage doors ever. For maybe 8 volunteers.

But they look so great! I am a serious dork and he is going to make so much fun of me.

eta: Okay, dishes and then I gotta go to bed. Big day tomorrow.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Lands' End fits are often ... questionable. The quality is often good, but the styling not so much. Of the three dresses I bought on that big sale a few weeks ago, I have sent two back, and the third I'll have to take in.

Shit--that reminds me I had a Land's End to return. Most medium dresses fit me just fine. This one didn't look like it liked me.

I can't really fault Land's End. It's the same problem I have everywhere in that my shoulders are a size or two larger than my torso.
