And the thing is, I like my evil like I like my men: evil. You know, straight up, black hat, tied to the train tracks, soon my electro-ray will destroy metropolis BAD.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I keep forgetting how seriously Flashpoint (sometimes) take the people shooting. They just had their rookie kill his first person in an engagement, and they deal with his reaction and the coping mechanisms of his group, as well as the standard protocol that surrounds an officer shooting.

It's such a weird little show, and ION keeps showing it over and over and over. I think I must have seen the entire thing at least once in the past month. And there are three more episodes on my TiVo since this morning. I wonder how ACTRA is with residuals.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Any Ruffalo flushing?

Ha! I didn't hear any. For those not in Bitches, I worked in a condo today below one owned by Mark Ruffalo, and his flushes are apparently audible there. Says the project mgr who's been working there for months.

Flashpoint was so thoroughly enjoyable.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That's fantastic.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Tivo keeps suggesting Flashpoint for me. I should watch, huh?

My sis-in-law just texted to let me know the visitation for Dave's grandma went well today. I have very mixed emotions about not being there, but I do feel like we made the best call we could. But I'm glad it was good. Funeral is tomorrow.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

YAY! no bed bugs is something to celebrate.

Day 3 of school done and I cried for my entire 30 minute commute home. Which, actually, has made me feel 10% better. I'm still pretty angry, though.

I did, however, get Noah enrolled in afterschool care ($505 per month. Ugh) so that feels like a win.

Angry crying after day 3 is no good! I'm sorry.

Oh ugh, Kat. That's no good.

Unlike, of course, lack-of-bedbugs!

I'm learning all about tarsiers and IFG! They are so fucking cute, I can see how there is a (fairly unsuccessful, they die) pet trade in them. Cause really: [link]
