I have been mostly ignoring and completely not-caring about the whole thing, but I'm beginning to feel a little bad for her. She did a deeply stupid, deeply wrong thing, badly hurt her boyfriend, blew up their relationship and possibly blew up somebody's marriage, but she's what, 22? I did some monumentally fucking stupid self-destructive things at 22, as did practically everyone else I know, and the thought of both doing those things and then having to be publicly dissected for months afterward just makes my skin crawl.

There's a Walgreens about 3 blocks from you, at Stanyan and Parnassus, and a corner market right across the street from that. Walgreens opens in about 60 seconds and the corner market's been open since 7.
