Angel: You know, I killed my actual dad. It was one of the first things I did when I became a vampire. Wesley: I hardly see how that's the same situation. Angel: Yeah. I didn't really think that one through.

Always Anti-fascist!

Trust me. It doesn't. But, look anyway, if you want.(Maybe my profile is too skeptical about monogamy. But that doesn't mean I'll sex you up while your wife, who "understands" is at work or the doctor or whereever.)

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Hi, I'm a married Boston lawyer, early 60's. Are you open to being the friend and lover of an older...

But what if it continues as: ...man's single, hot, and highly successful son ?

Or perhaps as: excuse me, ELDER God?

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Have fun Sara!

I was just looking at my hometown on this map: [link]

which has a colored dot for every 25 people of a particular race. You want to see segregation, you should check out upstate NY. There are almost no black or hispanic people between Rochester and Buffalo. There is not even 25 black people in my home town (there are just 25 asian and 25 hispanic).

Then I saw this pocket of blue dots (for black people) in a really small town by a state forest, and I was wondering why that particular place seemed like a haven.

It was a prison.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

That map is fascinating. Brooklyn divides very sharply along school district lines - crossing Coney Island Ave, you go from 9% white to 54% white.

But the most interesting thing is that Chinatown (Sunset Park) is apparently mostly Hispanic!

Travel safe, sarameg!

I sat up too late reading (not even my book club book, bad me) and slept late and then took the dog for a run in the woods. I've been slacking off on the running lately, because of traveling, and weather, and my sister's bronchitis, and ouch, today was hard. Gotta whip myself back into shape.

But I have the day off and a cup of tea and 10 at 10 on the radio (KFOG is doing 10 songs from 1985, including a bunch of clips from The Golden Girls), and some writing to do. Not so bad.

I bet the guy got the wrong addy, but it doesn't make you feel any better.

Very creepy, and definitely made me jumpy for a long time, even after I finally got back to sleep. Note, the cops never knocked or called, so I have no idea if they even came by.

However, when I left my house this morning to go get coffee...there was puke all down my front door. So, I'm betting on "drunk and thought this was his/his girlfriend's house" UGH.

Oh, wow, they're playing The Waterboys' "The Whole of the Moon". Man, I loved that song.
