You guys, 2 parts tequila: 1 part agave syrup: 1 part lime juice-- so good. I might have to try this with vodka!
Why not just tequila + lime juice?
tequila, bourbon, lime, simple syrup
Tom, you are insane. ita, we reserve the roses for the vodka and I'm only hypothesizing about the agave.
Does anyone know where I can get cheap prescription sunglasses?
Zenni Optical. You have to know the prescription you want and your pupillary distance (doesn't everyone?).
You know, for anyone sporty, we got prescription running sunglasses ("goggles") for bob bob from zenni that he enjoys(better than running blind). Takes a month to arrive, but only $33.
Do ER people really have a thing about increased activity during a full moon?
I guess I could ask actual ER people, but I think bringing that up won't help with my credibility concerns.
I am quite pro-agave. I don't know how much a difference is makes, but this a clear cut opportunity for perception being reality.
Certainly better than many of situations raised in meetings this morning. I hate defending against things that never happened. But not letting the buck pass forces a lot of that.
Technical question I'm going to bounce to buffistech, but...does anyone know how to invisibly watermark a photo? It's not even marking them as mine, because they're not. But I want a method to store a caption that's more secure than my current method of also creating a one-liner text file with similar name. Just like "David Duchovny seen eating candle-lit dinner with Nicholas Lea after sharing a box at the touring show of Evita."
I feel TiVos FF and RW lie to me, somewhat.
Did eveyrone read the most recent high level security issue: Wired writer gets Amazon social engineered, hackers segue to control over his Apple ID, which allows him to wipe off all his devices remotely, but not before he hacked into his and Gizmodo's twitter (former staffer) and posted a slew ofracist crap.
Why him? a) they could and b) his twitter handle is short. Wired was able to duplicate some of the exploits until Amazon stopped that sort of remote access, and Apple seems to be tightening ship too.
Anyone here set up so that their phone or laptop can be remotely wiped upon loss?
My iPhone and iPad are set up so I can remotely wipe them.
I think I'll rethink this.
Do ER people really have a thing about increased activity during a full moon?
Based on my (admittedly limited) experience, yes, as do people working in psychiatric facilities. I think it's a self-fulfilling superstition.
the real problem is that the man did not have a backup of his computer at all. So he lost a lot of stuff.
