Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Should I send a polite email to the address on the flyers I've been getting, asking if they know who is graffitiing the artwork in the park?

I wouldn't attach much to expecting positive outcome here. It's not even a dialogue I'd be vaguely interested in firing up.

END TIMES PEOPLE.

What is defacing kids' art in the face of the apocalyose?

tommy, I would send the flier to the police letting them know they are producing trash in the neighborhood and oh by the way, similar looking graffiti just showed up in the park.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

What msbelle said. Do not engage; just tell the people who deal with deliberate trash and grafitti for a living, and be done with it.

I ordered more office stuff through amazon using our affiliate link. This pleases me to no end, my work purchases helping the board. So yeah, that $1 from today, that is totally me.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Well, I'm hoping I could at least make him aware of people in the community are concerned about the graffiti. (Other people in the neighborhood have complained about the graffiti as well.)

Odds are, that won't make the person stop, but at least they'd be aware others have issue with this.

In other neighborhood news, last night there was a high-speed chase involving several cars and three police cars. One car ended up colliding with eight parked cars before exploding.

Witnesses said it was going at least 60 mph. The driver tried to turn into an alley to elude police, but was obviously going way too fast.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

I voted in our local election last week and the outcome of the Senate Democratic primary was depressingly ridiculous. There were seven candidates, and the one who won is apparently some right-wing wacko who belongs to an anti-gay hate group. How did he win the nomination? Because his name came first on the ballot.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I'd call the police and/or your alderman.
