'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

How cool is this?

That is almost as cool as the landing itself!

I'm running out of adequate adjectives to sum up my feelings about this.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

And Wellbutrin can cause weight loss. But sometimes Wellbutrin *doesn't* cause weight loss. (I took Wellbutin 2 separate times, about a year apart; the first time I lost weight, the second time I didn't. So I don't have a lot of faith in it as being helpful for weight loss.)

SOMETIMES IT CAN CAUSE GAIN.

Not that I'm bitter.

And none of us deserving the cruelty or the grace -- Leonard Cohen

And in extremely rare instances, sometimes it can cause seizures. That you keep having for the rest of your life, unless you take meds. For the rest of your life.

I AM bitter.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

I just offered someone a bottle of wine in exchange for a taxidermied bullfrog playing an upright bass.

Are you secretly The Bloggess?

Oh my god, I should e-mail her, or tweet her (I don't know how to tweet at someone, though, so that won't work [I only have a Twitter account for following The Goddamn Batman and Feminist Hulk]) or something!

I SHOULD MAKE T-SHIRTS!

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I used to be thin. I gained 100 pounds after I was put on SSRIs. Not one doctor told me weight gain might be a side effect. I'm bitter, all right.

I SHOULD MAKE T-SHIRTS!

Yes. Yes you should.

I gained 100 pounds after I was put on SSRIs.

I gained weight after going on SSRIs. But I also got older, and stopped exercising as much as I did in my 20s. So it's hard to say if I can attribute 5 pounds to SSRIs, or 50.

Because books.

Wow, seriously? That's awful. I had no idea.

I cut my dose in half because I was so jittery -- shaking hands, racing heart, sweating. Not pleasant. Tomorrow I get to tell the doctor I did, too.

It made me feel like a huge speed freak. Plus I didn't sleep for, like, 5 months. So I stopped it, because I like sleep.

Because books.

I'm still sleeping, but I have other ... aids to help with that. I was also beginning to feel Murderously Irritable all the time, which was not so pleasant.

Also? I saw it gets prescribed to help people quit smoking, and I don't know how that works, but I'm certainly not tempted to smoke any less.
