He's remaining totally neutral on the thing/think issue. (I suspect he believes we are all totally crazy.)

We put in an offer, and our realtor called to say the seller was going to accept it but hadn't signed the paperwork yet -- we're expecting she'll do so tomorrow morning, so I guess it's not official until then.
