I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I like the feel of Mikasa, nice on the fingertips.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I actively like the square plates, and square bowls are okay for me, but you gotta watch out for square mugs. Those things can be pretty mean if you're not paying attention.

Have you whacked yourself in the teeth with a square mug, Liese?

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I think my mom has Fiesta mugs in all the colors.

No, but I have poured coffee down my shirt by trying to drink from the flat side instead of a corner.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

No, but I have poured coffee down my shirt by trying to drink from the flat side instead of a corner.

See, that would be a problem for me. I don't need a steep learning curve on an item I've been successfully using my whole life. At this point in my life, I want to be profitably applying the things I've learned, not re-learning how to drink from a big-kids' cup.

Yeah. It's round for a reason.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I have never thought about square mugs, but there are so many ways they would go wrong for me.

Sue, those are great dishes. Thanks to everyone for the suggestions.

So I had my teeth cleaned today (on the fly, someone else had cancelled). I have gum pain. And two more cleanings to go through. My teeth are a mess.

I also have a new sonicare tooth brush. How long until I get used to it?

Oooh! Also had my eyes checked. My eyesight changed in my right eye, astigmatism is worse but the vision is better. Okay. But I'm getting new glasses with these frames: [link]

I like those glasses, Kat!
