I went to the dentist for the first time in years today. Complicated by the fact that he's the husband of a friend. So I am all pain in the mouth + shame.

I think that's in my not-too-distant future. I'm sure there will be shame even without a personal connection.

I wish I could send everyone to my dentist. Who I think is now lisah's and the Atomic Books peoples' dentist. I can't remember who all I've sent that way. And not just because I get a referral bonus. It's just a good team.

And the office is like a spa now! Well, the waiting room is. Also, they are very involved in Ride for the Feast now so I love that. The only problem I have is the hygienist I usually get, who did the ride and who I like in small doses, is SUPER chatty. And I'm never going to like any dentist enough that I'm going to want to hang out there any longer than I have to!
