Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Very nice, Tom! Charge a crapload. Or, you know, less with a friends-and-family discount.

I'm continually sad that my TJs doesn't carry the pub cheese with horseradish anymore (although my supermarket has it sometimes). Oh! But my local TJs is about to become a much bigger one, I think.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Yay, Tom! It's a great photo.

I just got back from the Braves game. It was very warm; it's still 86.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Man, I'm such a soft touch for certain products. Muppet bandaids! I can't wait for the right boo boo.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Congrats, Tom!

I am cranky because I got Avengers bandaids last time, pre-movie, and now there aren't any. Cross merchandising, people!

Liese, I do so hope I get to visit you someday.

I have this half-baked plan where I come see you and you teach me basic carpentry skills. I really want to learn.

In related "I like learning to do stuff" news, I bought my first soldering iron today! I also bought both solder and desoldering tape, because I know myself, and I expect much cursing and redoing stuff on my learning curve. And I bought more eyebolts and wire and all kinds of stuff for my next cigar box guitar.

And then I dropped my cigar box on the way in the house and broke it. Damn it. So, trip to the cigar store tomorrow, I guess.

The status is NOT quo.

Tom, that's awesome! You should set up an etsy shop--we would definitely buy your photos.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Oo Tom, gorgeous photo, and congratulations on the sale! You really do rock, you know.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I just got around to the Awake finale. So brain-bendy good! I think this show may have been made just for me.

I'm not the one telling you it's a series finale, right?

Okay, my work for tonight is done. It seems silly to try and sleep again before going to the ER, The plain is plenty ridic already. I won't be able to sleep. I will be trying to placate some martyrish faux-Puritan part of my psyche that doesn't do nice things for me anyway, Let's put on some ER clothes and get my ER kit (I wonder if I gave them a Muppets bandaid they'd use it...) and call a cab.

No, I knew that. And I'm okay with it. It's probably better for it to end there. Plus I'm growing accustomed to these 13 episode stories.

I hope the ER is efficient and helpful for you.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

So I dreamt that I was on Big Brother, along with Scrappy, Liese, maybe some other people I already know? ...and Kim Kardashian. I don't know why!!
