Wesley: Illyria can be...difficult. Testing her might be hard without getting someone seriously hurt. Angel: We'll make Spike do it. Wesley: Good.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Depression and anxiety are demons enough on their own. It's been my experience that low-grade depression and anxiety are quite enough to make a person feel emotionally unstable and fragile, without the need to invoke any other, more dire diagnoses.

or, what Amy and -t said.

Also, msbelle, consider that parents are gonna remember the drama points. And when there is new drama, that's gonna jump to the forebrain. Not to excuse them, just to say that their perceptions might be skewed. It can't hurt, WHEN YOU HAVE THE SPOONS, to look at patterns, but if the professionals haven't come screaming at you with them....pinch of salt for now.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

None I know offhand! Maybe b'more? She did undergrad at Washington in St Louis.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

The reason for all the comments is breaking my arm! My first broken extremity, and my first (nondental) surgery is Monday. Typing is hard and the xray is kinda gruesome.

The main thing, bon, is that you have percocet. And morphine.

And you got French tips before you gruesomely broke your arm.

I think the FOAF went from Boise to ...uh, maybe NY or DC for college (I'm drawing a blank. I think it was NY, but so many in that program were either that or DC from 2 particular schools I am also blanking on,) then New Orleans. She's only been in Baltimore a year or so. I suppose I could just ASK. Funny, that.

Also, unless you are crazy like my dad, don't demand for local for pin-setting. He's described it in detail (and he had to have a bone rebroken! With a hammer and chisel!) and it is not for the faint of heart. Or even the strong of heart. Just the batshit-crazy of heart.

Yeah, my ex-GF had to have a pin hammered back in without any anesthesia and it was insanely painful. (An infection was forcing it out and the doctor decided to not wait for surgery. She was 14.)

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

msbelle, I'm going to just point to what Amy, -t, sara, and Zenkitty said. You don't have a hidden undiagnosed mental illness; you have a huge load of crap heaped on you, and parents only see/remember the worst parts.

Most of the time, I'm fine with eating gluten-free. But sometimes, like right now, I JUST WANT TOAST. There is no substitute for toast.

I'm regretting the crab rangoon (WHERE ARE YOU, P-C???) I had tonight.

Well, no, I'm not. It was goooood. But my belly is not comfortable.

Yeah, ask! My typing ability is limited.

I hope it's not local, now! I don't know yet.

No manicure-- my nails are long and I have unusually white nail tips. But the drugs are indeed, the best.

Because books.

Mmm, crab rangoon.

That's two broken arms recently. Be careful out there, people!
