I just had a fight with my BFF ( we've been friends for 20 years) about weightless. I am in the wrong because I totally misread the conversation and she was looking for support. I have never known her to forgive someone and I am so afraid that this wAs the last conversation we will ever have. We have literally never has a fight and she and her family are basically my only friends in real life and I just feel awful. I tried to call back and she sidn't answer and I have texted about how horrible I feel and how sorry am but I don't know if it is just too late.

Oh, that's a rife topic. But 20 years is a long time. I'm going to believe that it's not going to end over a phone call and something you've worked out already. Talk to her when you're both not in a negative headspace. It might not be a thing about forgiveness, or you can break her streak--whichever.

You can set it to tweet every post, or you can manually tweet some. Just like you can crosspost tweets with Facebook, etc.

I know I don't properly embrace social media, but--the fuck? I don't think I encountered anyone that admitted they'd ever done that, on IO9, at least. But Twitter does seem to be where the crossposting lives, as well as the most constricted arm of the social media octopus. So it kinda confuses me...but makes it simpler for me to avoid, since I figure it's got the highest likelihood of dupes, and it's the place people call attention to most readily.

If my headache promised me it would recede half a point if I got up, fizzed a whole new bottle of water, and poured up a new glass of True Lemon bubbly water, I'd totally do it.

When I got back into that a few days ago, the first glass did me more good than some 4mg shots of dilaudid, no lie. So it's not like I can afford to not get up and make up that glass.
