The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Ima start a kickstarter for this project.

I'm in. I would love to do this.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Well, as long as you worked out rights issues with Jay and Silent Bob, you should be okay.

I love this video of Zachary Levi selling himself for charity, and then getting bought: [link]

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Also, didn't Kevin Smith do that already?

Yeah, in a movie. No actual crotches were kicked, so I think Allyson's on solid ground.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I think I'm funnier than Jay and Silent Bob, though. They don't own the concept of kicking trolls in the pants.

One of those two sentences may be too bold.

Zachary Levi auctions off kisses. Nathan Fillion and Adam Baldwin take him up on it.

Both of those sentences are true.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

More NF love. Zachary Levi is just cute as a button.

I got my haircut, meds picked up and a few groceries bought. Now mac has a playmate over and I am free (within the house free) for 3-4 hours - not sure I have motivation for much.

But if you're going to do something similar to assholes on the internet that's been seen by assholes on the internet, you're going to have assholes on the internet on the extra defensive. It's kind of recursively tautologically self-powering, you see.

And, good lord, I described Limahl as super saiyan, which makes me feel very conflicted. I'm halfway convinced that sentence cannot exist. The concept destroys itself.

What is the upper boundary of "good touch" at the office? I'm assuming that shaking hands is normally acceptable professional contact--I had a first-time meeting with a vendor's VP on Friday (which was a big oops), and he tapped me gently on both the forearm and the thigh to emphasise points he was making. I don't personally have a visceral aversion to either contact, but technically I feel that they're both inappropriate with someone you've just met, the latter more so than the former, by a fair bit.

I asked my sister what she thought was okay touching--a hug, or a hand at the small of your back, and she rejected both--the hug is okay if you've established a relationship, and the small of the back thing especially from a man to a woman she thought was weird.

What do you think HR thinks?

Allyson, I would so be in on that kickstarter. I know Anita Sarkeesian a little -- met her at a party, spent two hours talking fic, SGA, and BSG with her, and I post sometimes at her blog--and she so doesn't deserve the shit she's getting. They've even tracked down her mother.

Can you imagine?

Oh, and they're going after the people who are funding the Kickstarter, too.

WRONG. BZZZZZT. Especially the thigh touch. The only way I would touch a coworker would be maybe on the shoulder, just to get their attention--and I would never touch a potential client. Ever.
