My day turned out to be so nice! I think every member of my family was tired and possibly cranky when we got started, but then we had the traditional ham salad lunch, and went to the beach, and it was lovely! Hung out in the water, talked to everyone, didn't talk some, then went back to the house for cake and etc. Happy birthday to my grandmother! I forgot a card, though, so I have to get one tomorrow and mail it.
Now, this would be the perfect time for a swear word.

And it turns out the bottle of "Excedrin" in my purse actually is the CVS brand. I must've just assumed the store was out last time. Or I was being frugal. Either way.

I have now watched the Firefly panel and the post-panel press thing and I can confidently say that the reporter who thought a reboot was being announced was on crack. And Nathan Fillion was probably hopped up on cold medicine. Poor guy was getting so emotional. Tim had some great moments in the press thing.
