Lorne: My little prince. Oh…what did they do to you? Angel: Nina…tried to…eat me. Lorne: Oh, you're--medic! You're gonna make it Angel. Just don't stop fighting. Doctor! Is there a Gepetto in the house?

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

between a sinus headache and me still being an angry ball of hate toward my boss, the motivation is lacking today.

I changed my password to stinky - that makes me laught each time I have to do this work. Maybe next it will be asshole. Jerkhead boss as password inspiration.

Weekend Plans people?

Tomorrow I plan to get up and weed then mow. Then I would really like to sew, but I doubt that will happen.

Sunday, church and cleaning house.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

The aforementioned grandmother's birthday party tomorrow, so tonight I have to make the pie. Otherwise sitting around/sleeping and gathering boxes and sorting through my shit. I'm hoping to get out of Sunday Family Dinner, but we'll see how my mother feels -- I missed it last week.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Weekend Plans people?

Gym, hair cut-n-color, putting the house back together now that the contractors are done with the remodel. Dinner with stepdad, who is treating me to a nice steak dinner as thanks for spending an hour a day watering plants in the 100+ heat while he and my mom were out of town.

Also, working on some art for a fannish thing.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Tomorrow I'm making my monthly(or so) trip to the comic book store, then I go to the library. Sunday is groceries day, and not much else.(Well, Leverage's new season starts Sunday at 8)

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Oh, thank god, the Saints signed Drew Brees.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Getting shit together for Canada, pretty much. Kid birthday party on Sunday.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Whew and yay, Dana!

I think I will pull weeds and mow in solidarity with msbelle tomorrow. Brunching on Sunday.

I had a very early morning house cleaning today--usually they come at 8AM, which is hella early anyway, but she showed up at 7:30AM! After my roommate and I last night both said "i'm tired, but I'll get up in the morning to do some pre-clean cleaning" (ie, putting shit away and doing the dishes)...we were just getting going on that when she showed up! I'm all for people not being late, and 5-10 minutes early is usually OK, but showing up at 7:30AM? No.

counter to the company rules of vendor management (which I didn't know even existed until just now)

This is TOTALLY what I fear will happen on my current project, where not only do *I* not know what the company standards are because I"m new and the project is awful, but several of the coworkers I could usually ask are ALSO new, and don't know. grr.
