Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I've not seen the movie--how skinny did her get?

Pretty skinny. I mean, he didn't look especially healthy.

I want a nap. It's America's birthday, there should be napping. Preferably before the future booms that are going to freak the cat out. Actually we already had one of those. Stupid neighbors. I literally have my fire extinguishers out, just in case.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I'm about to start watching my first ever episode of Doctor Who.

Karma is a cat, sleeping in my lap cuz it loves me. ~TS

You are about to launch into a journey of AWESOMENESS.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Which doctor?

This morning I discovered that if you are mostly but maybe not totally over a sinus headache/migraine, the Redwood City 4th of July parade is maybe not your best bet, even though it's still fun, and then I took a nap.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Why doesn't google let me search by bodyweight? Or just BMI or body fat percentage--I'm not picky.

Why have I never seen this? I mean, talk about my motherfucking wheelhouse, willya? Someone needs to page me, man, when stuff like this happens.

I need to find stills...

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I don't do well in the heat. I have no idea how I'm going to get through Saturday.

Steph, I would be fearing heatstroke too! I become exhausted after a trip to Target when it's really hot. An all-afternoon outdoor party with a bazillion people in 100deg heat? I don't even know. I would be sure to wear pretty underpants, though, for when I passed out.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I HATE the heat and my strategy when stuck in a summer outside event is to find the nearest inside and only venture out every 45 minutes or so, but to chat with people when I am out, so they think I was there more than I was.

Despite all the water I drank today (finished off 8 waterbottles, the smallest of which is 20 oz, largest 24, and I refilled that one the most) my eyeballs feel dry, so either I got them sunburned, they are irritated from the dust I kicked up or I sweated out way more than 4L of water today.

Almost time to grab my sheet, chair, bugspray and to-go cup and go watch me some fireworks at the end of the block!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm scared to talk about it yet, but Homer hasn't puked at all since he started the new medicine on Saturday! Even though he haaaaates it. I hope this means he doesn't need the ultrasound. Also funny: what he is taking as an anti-emetic is an antidepressant for people.

Moisturizing eye drops?

Good news on Homer!
