And it really doesn't get that level of support. It never will. Racing is crazy unsupported because it's so niche. I get that and am okay with it. I even totally accept that the money is where the money is. But I want my bits of support to matter. Not be something that gives me creepy shivers.

Living with your adult daughter can suck. Like when she spends all day out with a guy she just met and isn't home. The logical side of my brain is all "she's an adult and if she did this back in college I wouldn't even have know" while the mama-bear side is all "my baby girl need to be home safe before I go to bed". We exchanged texts a few hours ago and she assured me that he isn't an axe murderer.

Girl has to learn - though at that age - I worked on much less sleep
She DOES have to learn...but I only learned after many sleepy days at work.
