Hey, Suela, I know that person!
Indeed you do! Her toddler is now a little boy, completely obsessed with moving vehicles (he had a meltdown yesterday when the bus they got on was a motorized one instead of electric) and numbers, apparently.
I've never bumped into anyone I know overseas, although when I was in Thailand I did meet a couple who knew an old family friend from New Hampshire. Small world.
My one time in Europe, I ran into people from another small town in NS in the Amsterdam Airport.
My shoulder is hinky, not sure what I did.
Mac has 2 friends from church over, so I am going to try and do some demo on the termite damaged wall that is now a year old. With tax refund, I am hoping to get the electrical in the house checked out and these two walls repaired.
Timelies all!
Lovely day here. Warm and sunny. So of course, I'm sitting in front of the computer. (Well, we did go out for brunch with my folks and Gary's mom, then groceries. Also a walk to the Giant on the next block for stuff we couldn't find at the Safeway) Later we meet Gary's dad and stepmom for dinner.
My shoulder is hinky, not sure what I did.
Did you throw a complete game shutout yesterday?
My shoulder has been bugging me recently too. I have a massage scheduled in a half hour. Hopefully it is just part of the healing process from the surgery.
I have gone for two longish walks in the last two days and now my butt is sore.
Nothing is wrong with me except my voice, which is all raspy from the cheering!
I just found a Hawaiian food joint! I want to buy it all!
It is kind of actually hot outside.
Loki got a walk. I let Pumpkin out but a) she has NO FEAR, so darts and nuh-uh and b) Loki decided she was a different cat and got all growly and fierce. So back in she went.
Open house next door. Did my bit of being a good ambassador.
OK, I should pull some vines. Uhg.
Oh, I should note that the first thing Amber Benson said to me when she saw me was "Your hair's gotten so long!"
Truly a Buffista at heart.
