Doesn't matter that we took him off that boat, Shepherd, it's the place he's going to live from now on.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

That's no fun, Sophia. I think it'd have to be up to your discomfort level about the doctor. It sounds like you're on the right path with your own treatment, so for myself I would probably stick with that and see how it goes, but I could see going in, too.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I HATE the doctor. I feel like they never help with weird things like this and that sometimes their guess is as good as mine about what is going on! I also realize this may be irrational.

But I (so far today) no longer feel like ripping my clothes of and scratching until I have no skin left!

Also, there are no nurses here today to look at me! My next door office neighbor is the author of Lippincott's drug guide for nurses. I am sure she could help me figure out if that is really what it is! It is very annoying!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I just turned 20 bucks into 120 (and 16 cents) eta: playing penny slots

Woot! I want to gamble SO BAD. Last week's This American Life about blackjack did not help.

And Christian Borle is now TV-famous from Smash!

I do not know this show. Is that the new thing-- Broadway to TeeVee?

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I went to a casino with my Mom a couple months back. Even though I walked out with more $ than I came with, I decided that losing money was far more unpleasant than winning was.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

that losing money was far more unpleasant than winning was

I think that's a key rule, actually.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Jesse, we Ned to go to Vegas together!

Though maybe I should stick to Reno. Between penny slots and cheap blackjack, I am up about $250 after my first day here.

brillig

I enjoy going to Wendover, Nevada, the cut-rate gambling den that has daily buses from the Salt Lake area. I generally come back with as much money as I went out with. I'm pretty good at $5 blackjack.
