Happy birthday, Cass!
I need it. I say this as I eat red velvet cake for breakfast. Self-sabotage is my middle name.
Yeah, I'm not sure that my toast smothered in lingonberry jam was much healthier. Yummy, though.

Happy Birthday Cass!
The drug shortage things happened to my student with Adderall. Also, he has a hard time getting a prescription. The thing is, he does abuse it, in that he doesn't take it regularly, but instead saves it up for when he needs to concentrate. I am not sure what came first, the chicken or the egg in that scenario, but he is a hot mess unmedicated and could use, at the very least some coping techniques.
My rash from 2 years ago is back. I think I may be allergic to anti-fungals, or maybe the first part of the rash wasn't fungal, but now I have hives (or something) on my arms and legs and under my eyes. I have discontinued the antifungals, since at least before them the rash was confined to a small portion of my body. Allegra seems to being some relief, but I will need to go to the doctor. Going to the doctor with a rash in your skin folds when you are fat is never pleasent (even though it actually started on top of my breast. This time I have (so far) managed not to scratch so much that I am a bleeding mess, so maybe I will get a better diagnosis than I did before.
Oh, hey, I can explain my breakfast cake as Cass' birthday cake! Thanks for having a birthday today, Cass!
Sophia, unexplained rashes are EVIL. I had one, years ago, that was just fingernail-sized red spots, all over me from my throat to my knees. Doctors were all baffled. It went away after three months. No idea what caused it. No itching, no other symptoms. (The itching actually happened years before the rash, also with no other symptoms. I was near to clawing my skin off with it, and nothing made it stop, not even Benadryl.) So, you have my sympathy! Good luck getting yours under control!
Happy Father's Day to all the Buffista (-adjacent) dads.
Matilda is bawling because events on Korra.
That violates the thread’s spoiler policy, Hec.
Edited. Sorry.
I hope I didn't spoil you, Tom.
No, I've already watched the episode three times.
