Because I pinky swore, I'm checking in in the morning. I'm fine. The swelling is almost gone, I feel almost normal. Only problem is, the cut on the back of my head won't stop bleeding. Stupid scalp wounds! Not in a bleed-to-death way, but in a slow-trickle-for-twelve-hours-and-counting way. If I were in the States, I'd have it seen to, but you know, top of a mountain in France, etc. I figure, it's slowed considerably overnight, it has to clot eventually. I think part of the problem is that I started with wet hair, coming out of the hot tub.

It was freaky to wake up to bloody handprints all over the wall of my bedroom. Ack! At least I slept on black towels.
