Turns out I didn't know who Hugh Laurie was when I first started watching Spooks.
Natter 69: Practically names itself.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Yesterday at work, we were watching a thing with a bunch of short clips, and one of them was from Jeeves and Wooster maybe, and my coworker leans over and says, "Was that the guy who plays House?!?!?!?!?!?" It was funny. To me.
I'm watching Sparky right now.
Anderson Cooper with a baby sloth=adorable.
Thank you Grilled Cheesus! I just found out that I will not be hit with the logistical nightmare project I'd been dreading this past week. I'll be busy throughout the winter, but likely the good kind of busy rather than the kind that requires talking down from a ledge.
He loved that sloth. He totally boggarted the sloth backstage after the show.
But I got to hold it before the show. Larry, who owns the sloth, told us that the airline had made him check it into baggaged (it weighed 3 lbs! it was a baby!) and when they got to the hotel the sloth was crying so he curled up with it all night.
I'm saying it, because gender was still uncertain.
Making him check the sloth is all sorts of wrong.
Like Anderson, I have immense respect for the sloth--as it is my totem.
Is ded.
