Well some friends of Buffy played a funny joke and they took her stuff and now she wants us to help get it back from her friends who sleep all day and have no tans.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

You do win!

Excellent! I wonder if I can get an ita consensus!

I am kind of in awe of the protestors. I don't think I'd have their courage. I read that the library of about 5,000 books were tossed in dumpsters, leaving the OWS librarians pretty inconsolable.

The image of police throwing books in dumpsters hits me in the gut.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Not only do you win, Allyson, but he loses. It's in the bag. You have the bonita ! seal of approval.

Oh, I love these. Why do they not seem to be for sale?

And none of us deserving the cruelty or the grace -- Leonard Cohen

Ugh, Tom, I'm so sorry. I wish you didn't have to be there.

Allyson, you so won.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I wonder what the graphic for the bonita ! seal of approval would look like? You should get one, so you can put it on your website.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

The image of police throwing books in dumpsters hits me in the gut.

Oof. Yes.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Allyson, you totally win. Well, to be fair, the guy lost, because he's apparently unable to perceive his own biases, or even acknowledge that he has any.

As for the Occupy stuff, I'm sorry for the campers who lost their stuff, but I kind of hope this means that the protests will end up more targeted at the injustices they're intended to address. I could be pollyanna-ing it, though.

{{Tom}}--I hope the day improves.

I just get tired of doing this thing where I am reading something interesting or otherwise lost in a thought, and as I turn the corner, I'm suddenly whacked in the face with a sexism cream pie.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I can't find the weapon pillows but I found cute condom pillows on Etsy.

I love those pillows, Cashmere!
