In retrospect, possibly the creepiest article ever. [link] Sports Illustrated article about Sandusky from 1999, all about how much he loves kids. There had been a photo with it, of him with a bunch of kids, but that's gone from most reputable parts of the internet, since the grand jury report identified one of the victims as one of the kids in the photo.

Almost seven-year-old has viral croup. Is devastated over postponement of birthday party. Will never forgive us. We are exhausted and prone to buying Harry Potter movies to make it better.
I'd forgotten how much I hate the sound of croup cough. It can go away anytime now.
