Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I got to sleep in and then laze about for a while this morning. Haven't done that in a LONG time. We are leaving soon to take CJ to his brown belt test.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Oh Liese, so sorry for the stress. I'm the same kind of worrier. So glad he called.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Yeah, when DH is on his solo motorcycle trips, he kinda has to call me every rest stop he makes for the whole week, otherwise I am sure he is dead.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Aren't we a whole community of worrywarts, though? I mean, what else explains Bureaucracy?

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Well I'm glad I'm in good company! I slept and now I'm watching horsies. All is well.

And hey, kid won his race! He looks even younger than 18.

Art Crawl!!!

I know - and can you imagine - there may be younger jockeys to win but I'm guessing he'll always be the tallest.

And I'm very pleased to see Brilliant Speed get up for 3rd.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Ha, that's probably true!

Oh, and I didn't know that about Nakatani until they mentioned it.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I walked to the library and back! Just about the amount of exercize that I wanted....

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Aren't we a whole community of worrywarts, though?

I'm not! Except of course, right now, about my mother, every second. But if I had a boyfriend, I promise I wouldn't.

Heh. I have no idea.

Art Crawl!!!

Hmm, little hiccup with my computer.

I hope it's okay now.

The Juvenile was exciting.

I really liked Union Rags, Hanson and Dullahan. I get why they think he might not be a real Derby horse but I'm happy that Tapit seems to have a precocious colt after so many precocious fillies. Union Rags may not have won but I think he's got excellent prospects. Don't know what happened to Dullahan.
