I have a special large teakettle that is safe to boil dry that I keep on the woodstove all the time. Double effect in that I can have hot tea or coffee at any hour all winter.

Do you have hard water where you are? When we do the boiling water, we have to dedicate a pan we don't care too much about, because it's going to end up encrusted with all the minerals that are in the water here.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I don't know how the URLs got switched. I meant this: [link]

Because books.

Selina or Wonder Woman?

I like the Selina.

Pumpkin really wants out on the deck (she's been out a couple of times.) But she's so dark and fearless, she can't go out after dark. First cat I've ever considered putting a collar on. She's now chipped, so there is that. Worse than Loki. At least he kinda tries to sneak and be stealthy when I yell at him to stop. Pumpkin, NSM.

I try to keep a pot of water on the radiators when it gets really dry. Not sure how much it helps, the water in there only gets to 110. Course, this winter, I'm trying to keep a couple plants inside to overwinter. One is on the radiator, the other next to one. Gotta help, right? IF I can keep them alive.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Anyone remember The Rainmakers from the late 80s? I recently discovered that they not only made two albums in the mid-90s, but they released a new album earlier this year! I'm digging it.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

The Selena boots are awesome. I'd also wear the Gotham shoes.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

CJ went off on a fire call just after 4pm today. I looked it up on the news and YIKES. I haven't heard back from him so he is either still there helping to clean up or he got a ride to his EMT training which won't end for another hour.

I would wear the Wondie boots. Why be subtle about the influence? And a nice swishy A-line mini skirt. Mmmhmm.

CJ is doing amazing work, so needed.

Tonight is a hot compress night. Not sure if the earplug failed or I messed up my mucinex/sudafed routine today, because the ear, while less painful, was feeling plugged up unless my head was upside down. Heat seems to open things up. Maybe.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

So proud of CJ, and you for supporting him.

I would wear the Wondie boots.

Oh HELLS yeah.
