She's terse. I can be terse. Once in flight school, I was laconic.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I also just laughed out loud at The Big Bang Theory. I can't believe I never watched this before. This is the funniest show I've seen in forever. It might even out-funny Community.

I just really wish there were some way to turn off the laugh track. I've had a few too many times when Sheldon or Amy Farrah Fowler said something, and just as I'm nodding like, "Yeah, that makes sense," the laugh track comes in. Makes me feel like they're laughing at me, which isn't the feeling I'm looking for when I watch a sitcom.

(Yes, I am aware that I have issues.)

I look more rad than Lutheranism

I can't believe I never watched this before.

We didn't start watching it until right before S4 started; some friends showed us part of an episode from S3, and it was enough to get us hooked. And we had the same reaction -- why hadn't we watched it before? It has a few weak points (racial "jokes" are never funny, even when you have another character call them out as racist, for example), but it seriously just makes my geeky heart happy.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I love Big Bang Theory. It really just keeps getting better and better.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I know I am the show's target audience, but I can't get into it. I've seen two or three episodes, and it just seems to be trying too hard. A few chuckles, but that's it.

I am pleased that the show has cut way back on the constant fat-girl "jokes" from Howard.

And as much as I like the guys, I have to say, Sheldon's mom, Leonard's mom, and Amy Farrah Fowler were *perfectly* cast. Mayim Bialik is the best damn thing to happen to that show in a long time.

Because books.

Sheldon makes me so happy. And Christine Baraski as Leonard's mother is frigging genius.

SRSLY. I love her in everything I've seen her in (especially Cybill), but she rocks my socks as Leonard's mom.

I didn't really start liking it until I saw the episodes with Amy Farrah Fowler.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Hil, I am all the time saying "he's not wrong" to the laugh track re: Sheldon.

Because books.

I've also starting watching reruns of 30 Rock. I'm not addicted, but there's definitely some funny stuff in there. My long sitcom-less stretch seems to be over, even if I'm three years behind.
