Everything looks good from here... Yes. Yes, this is a fertile land, and we will thrive. We will rule over all this land, and we will call it... 'This Land.' I think we should call it 'your grave!' Ah, curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal! Ha ha HA! Mine is an evil laugh! Now die! Oh, no, God! Oh, dear God in heaven!

And none of us deserving the cruelty or the grace -- Leonard Cohen

I'm on a webinar, but I'm not listening. At all.

not one but two of my friends gave birth yesterday, so I now share my birthday with two healthy and gorgeous new human beings

That is SO COOL!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yes, I noticed a few years ago that nobody was saying Advil any more.

Really? I mean, I would also say ibuprofen, but if I were picking a brand, it would not be Motrin.

Oh honey, the mentally unwell people have been in the fanbase since Game Changers was Stucky fanfiction on the internet. The calls have been coming from inside the house the whole time!

Happy Birthday, Brenda!

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

I'd probably think of Advil before Motrin, but I actually could not have told you that either one was ibuprofen. Long years of loyalty to naproxen sodium, I guess.

That is SO COOL!

I know! I was hoping at least one of them would be born yesterday, but it was starting to seem like a long shot. Then we got the announcements this morning, and yay new babies!

ION, I realized a few days ago that I'd finally run through most of the items on my long-standing to-do list, so I started to make a new one this morning, and now I wish I hadn't. I liked that feeling of accomplishment while it lasted.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Yay babies with cool birthdays!

I still want a "Keep Calm and Call the Doctor" shirt or mug.

Maybe they think it's K-ville, and they're camping out for basketball tickets?

Ahahaha. Never gets old.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My sister and I both have a crush on the surgeon who worked on my mother's cancer. That's not weird, is it?

Okay, cannot breathe. Totally congested. Please send help.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Congestion is up there on my list of worst things in life.

AWB is so charming, he almost makes me want to have another one. Then I remember that babies grow up and turn into kids. And kids will kill you.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

My sister and I both have a crush on the surgeon who worked on my mother's cancer. That's not weird, is it?

One of my mom's surgeons was smoking hot. My sister and I still talk about him.

Please to keep breathing.

Thanks for the b-day wishes all!

My sister and I both have a crush on the surgeon who worked on my mother's cancer.

I had a total crush on my surgeon/oncologist. Nothing wrong with it at all! Dr. Adorable, we called him.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

My oncologist was an elf or maybe a hobbit: about 5'2", pointed beard and hyperactive. He was an MD/PhD and a research geek, so I liked him a lot, but he wasn't really a crush object. My mom and sister have the same dentist and both have a crush on him. They call him Dr. Charm.
