All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Fantastic AWB pics!

Warner Brothers will be pulling the Harry Potter DVDs out of circulation on December 29.

So my plan to wait for the Deathly Hallows movies to be bundled is not such a good one. Hmp.

I wish I could boat out into the lake for some sky watching.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Which phlebotomist?

I go to the small lab in the 100 building. I'd imagine you go to the one in the 200 building? There's one guy there whose name I don't remember (it's Hispanic) who's so good they called him over to 100 once. But in 100, the only person who even bothers if she's there is Melissa. And I love her. She talks to my arms, and in accents. She's a nutjob.

Parker Posey is going to be on The Good Wife next week. I can only wonder what kind of lawyer she's going to play...

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Someone posting on craigslist wanting someone to post stuff on craigslist for them, 200 items a week, six hours of work, for $500/week is probably a scam, right? I mean no one's paying a hundred bucks an hour to post stuff on craigslist?

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

liese, your evening sounds lovely. sara, yay having small house things done while you're not even looking. And also yay on integrating sad rescue kitty into your pride of cats.

That's a beautiful boy, Jon. Gonna be a handsome lad before you know it!

H spent the whole evening watching football. Now he's watching Ancient Aliens. Why?

Also, no aurora here. That I can see for all the tall, tall trees.

Skipping lots (though not the most adorable baby pictures from "Beep Me" - Oh, Jon, he's just so so wonderful!) because, according to the Buffista Calendar, today is brenda m's birthday.

Happy birthday, brenda! With lots of wishes for a great day and a wonderful year!

Happy Birthday, brenda!

I spent a couple thousand dollars on plane tickets for the holidays, and then crashed. I woke up this morning feeling like I got drunk and had a regrettable one night stand with my credit card.
