Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Does it let you navigate manually, Steph?

It wasn't even giving me an address bar. It was your basic generic blank page with only a title bar. No address bar, no icons for the home page, etc.

So I uninstalled and reinstalled and now it seems to be working. FOR NOW.

YOU SUCK

Hey, *I'm* not the reason the European Patent office Web site is not working. IJS.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Yeah, I was just compelled to update Firefox from 3 to 10, and stuff is working lots better. I resent the necessity, though.

Happy Belated, Stephanie! And Happy Birthday, Amy!

I'm packed and ready to go. Keeping an eye on traffic because OF COURSE it had to be opening day at Camden Yards. Of course.

Punishingly Intricate

Ugh I have been dealing with a condescending mansplainer all day today voa email and it is filling me with rage while simultaneously making me cry.and suspect I am really kinda dumb.

And my sweetheart elderly nun great aunt fell and busted up her face last night. She is in the hospital and is conscious and coherent but really upset she won't be able to see my brothers family up from NC for easter. They only come up like 2x a year and last time she was at her neices place a few hours away recovering from a broken wrist! I feel so bad for her.

Sarameg, if you are really worried about stadium traffic think about going Caton Ave. or the beltway even.

Given it is rush hour, but on a holiday, figure it'll be like normal rush hour.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Lisa, you are not dumb! And your poor aunt! Your brother's family can't get to where she is? Anyway.

I am ridiculous. A coworker said he was leaving early today to go to church, and I said, "At least I had a tuna sandwich for lunch?" THAT'S RIGHT.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I am low on soy milk. I have to work out if I'm fit to drive today (seriously--I don't get how the pain is making me light-headed--that's kind of weird) because I'm not sure I can make it through the weekend.

The weekend on which I was supposed to do my taxes and have Colin over, neither of which are looking too great right now. Apartment is a ginormous mess.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Just for the record. Scott Walker - still evil.

Guess what state just repealed their Equal Pay Act?

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

That Korean patents are (oddly enough) published in Korean and not English.

How dare they!
