It's okay if you choose to be that nice today. You won't be held to it.
Ooh, the Doc Mary Jane's are cute! And cheap.
Well, he disappeared from his desk, so I think that question just mooted itself. However, I think I will tell him I thought about it. That's pretty much the relationship we have.
I learnt today that phlebotomists at the UCLA hospitals can't draw blood using the portacath because they'd need to flush them with heparin at the end, and phlebotomists can only take stuff out, not put stuff in. So the poor lady (who shrieks with laughter every time I come in the door, and has a special ita ! kit put aside for me) still has to wrestle with my vascular system.
Mary Janes and ballet flats are my favourite shoes. Oh, and cowboy boots. I can't get enough of any of those styles. In fact, I'm not sure how I've coped this long with just one pair of cowboy boots.
I like the Propet walker [link] It looks better in real life than the picture--and is really comfy.
I long for a pair of tall boots, but I am v. fussy, cheap and have big calves. It makes it very hard to commit.
That's inconvenient, ita. Couldn't a nurse draw labs instead?
I like these, although I know I'm freak that loves backless shoes.
Ooh, I like that second pair of Clark's (which last forever), but they're still a little dressy for what I need.
